The house features 2 comfortable bedrooms, a modern living area with a large sofa, dining table, fireplace, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light, creating a warm, inviting ambiance. With 67 m², everything is spacious and thoughtfully designed. Wi-Fi is of course available, and a parking space is located directly at the house. After an active day outdoors, your private sauna invites you to unwind. The whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom offers extra relaxation—perfect for ending your day. Your own small private spa. The location on the shores of Lake Müritz offers countless leisure activities. Cycling, hiking, water sports, or boat trips provide variety for nature lovers and active guests. A pier for tours to Waren and Müritz cruises is available. You can easily reach the Müritz National Park area by bus. Your dog is also very welcome. The surroundings offer plenty of space for walks and shared adventures in nature. The Hafensuite in Templin Uckermark warmly welcomes you to a unique stay on the water. This 50 m² houseboat is moored at the main pier of Templin’s city harbor and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. On board you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The central living space is a cozy living and dining area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a filter coffee machine, fridge with freezer, gas stove, kettle, oven, and microwave. For your comfort, you have Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heating, ceiling heating panels, an additional diesel heater, smart TV with video-on-demand apps, and self check-in at your disposal. Enjoy two covered terraces and a large open rooftop terrace—all for your private use. From the rooftop terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake, the surrounding forest, and the city of Templin. The side street leads you to the forest promenade, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the Baltic Sea. In about 5 minutes, you reach the beach with pier, the spa promenade, and the narrow-gauge railway station of the Rasender Roland. Shops, restaurants, and the spa center are all within walking distance. The apartment is lovingly decorated in a maritime style and is non-smoking. It offers about 59 m² of space for 2 to 4 adults. The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, reading lamp, armchair, stool, lowboard, smart TV, Blu-ray player, and a music system with radio, DAB radio, CD player, USB port, and Bluetooth. An electric fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler days. Wi-Fi is included. The enclosed veranda is furnished with a dining table and chairs.
